Research Questions
Students gathered information on gender equality in our schools based upon limited, concrete research questions.
E.g. do school textbooks nowadays still contain gender stereotypes?
Surveys
Students design and conduct a survey on gender stereotypes and prejudices at school for students, teachers, parents and other stakeholders. The students can choose the subtopics and questions.
Workshops
Teachers and students together organize a workshop on gender equality in our society. To prepare for this workshop students learned by doing research and getting to know organizations in the field of women's rights and gender equality.
Presentation
The results of all the activities were presented using Prezi. Students are more familiar with PPT, which lead us to promote different means of presentation such as Prezi. Throughout the project we are looking for ways to improve digital and language skills for all students and especially for girls.
Students created a comic album or cartoon to address gender inequality.
